giving clinics a peace of mind
Collaborative support. Compassionate care. Respecting the veterinary relationship.

At Vet Tech 2 U, we believe pets receive the best care when veterinary teams, pet owners, and support staff work together.

Our services are designed to complement—not replace—veterinary medicine by helping bridge appropriate portions of care into the home environment while maintaining respect for the Veterinary-Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR).

We do not diagnose, prescribe, replace examinations, or provide emergency services.

Why Clinics Refer Clients to Us
Veterinary clinics may recommend our services when additional in-home support could benefit the patient and family.
Common reasons include:
• Helping reduce stress associated with clinic visits
• Supporting follow-up care recommendations at home
• Assisting clients who may need additional guidance or hands-on support
• Supporting geriatric, mobility-limited, fearful, or sensitive pets
• Providing convenience for families while maintaining continuity of care
• Extending veterinary-directed support outside of the hospital environment when appropriate
• Helping owners remain engaged and confident with ongoing care plans
Every case is considered individually based on patient needs and service appropriateness.

Our Care Requirements
To protect patient welfare and maintain continuity of care, we ask that:
✓ Pets maintain an active relationship with their veterinarian when medical oversight is required
✓ Owners provide accurate medical history and relevant information
✓ Owners authorize communication with their veterinary team when records or coordination are needed
✓ Services remain within technician support scope and applicable standards of care
✓ Patients are medically appropriate for in-home services
Vet Tech 2 U reserves the right to recommend referral back to the attending veterinarian or emergency facility if concerns arise.
